Every time I traveled to Australia or Europe I looked forward to breakfast because of my friend Muesli! In particular, the yogurt-smothered, yummy goodness called muesli. Well, I finally tried it and momma is HAPPY.
So I found some Gluten-free kind and the directions called to mix with yogurt an hallelujah, it’s a winner.
Step 1: add 1/3 cup muesli to 1/4 or 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. mix.
Step 2: place in fridge overnight, I like to use glassware
Step 3: stir in the morning, I added in the acai from the yogurt pack and it was D-LI-CIOUS!!!
