Avoiding overwhelm

Whenever I struggle with feelings of overwhelm I make three columns on a paper and write at the top “stop”, “start” and “help.” These three questions can help you sort and prioritize your busy life, I promise

It’s important to list the crap you gotta stop doing before you commit to starting anything new. As busy mothers we do too much, we take on too much, we schedule too much, we stay up late too much…we need to commit to STOP doing so much!

Alright now tell me, what is going in your STOP column today?!? #timemanagement #newmom #weeklyplanning #organized #workingmom #toobusy
