Whether you’ve just welcomed a new baby into your family or are an old mom-ing pro, the phases of motherhood are constantly evolving.  Our trail blazing predecessors have paved the way for women to be successful in the home and the workplace but that doesn’t mean the priority juggle is easy.

We have more pulls than ever on our time and the expectations that we place on ourselves are herculean.  Some days you feel like Wonder Woman and some days just taking a shower feels like a noteworthy achievement.

I get it, I’ve been there.  I am there.

It’s going to be okay!

My hope is that this blog provides resources that allow you to have more Wonder Woman days than barely-brushed-my-hair days.
